How many people are in your class?

New hires can only be offered unbid positions from the most recent Advance Entitlement (our term for a system-wide bid). As far as each class, the company looks at fleet/base needs vs what sim time will be available during the training window of the class and tries to match that up as best they can. It is basically impossible to predict from class to class. One class will have a great variety of bases/fleets and the next will be 80% in NYC.

We have about 40 folks in our WhatsApp group. I expect there are more who are social media holdouts. Classes have ranged from 40-60 recently.

It seems like they should have already started dropping 12/5 class invites based off of the timelines of prior classes. Am I off base?

Don't quote me, but I believe some classes are reserved (or at least partially reserved) for Endeavour flows.

If first of month classes include flows, non-flow CJO holders shouldn't panic when they are not offered that INDOC date. The flows already have locked-in seniority anyway.

So do we know what the current CJO to training date offer to actual training date timeline span is currently? First world problems but lack of info is tough to plan around.
