New hire waiting for a class date. Any idea what equipment will get me to LAX the quickest? Also, how long would it take to get back to the west coast?

As of right now, LAX 7ER and 737 are within 27 numbers of each other for most junior FO, so essentially a push.

320 junior FO is about 600 senior than rev 737/ER.

As for how long, no idea, but until recently, LAX was second most junior base to NYC, so I would guess not terribly long to get there.

How long does it usually take for an AE to publish? Starting on 10/19 though I don't think we'll get the leftovers from this one.

Anywhere between a few hours and a few weeks. Seriously, it’s not defined.

Based on the size of the bid, I’d venture to say the results will be posted by COB Friday. Which means your class will be offered spots left available from this AE.

In the past, when AE results are published after a NH class has bid for their positions but before classes actually start, they have re bid in class on day 1. Not saying they will, but they have in the past

The bid isn't super complicated. Lots of B positions that will be unfilled. A decent amount of A positions but with lack of widebody spots, I can't imagine this AE will take long to process at all..
