Did you get the email saying "cleared to climb?" I received the email by my application status still says background check in progress and I was wondering if that is normal.

I was told someone got a Feb 3 class date. It seems like they are running 3 classes per month but could be wrong

Yes, I got the cleared to climb email at the end of Nov. It said my pre-employment process is complete. I'm sure they're working on yours. I heard they have up to.the class date to get your background done? I can tell you it's a hell of a lot more organized at DL than UA...

The results of the December Advance Entitlement (AE) have been published. IAW the PWA 22.E.10, NH's can only be offered positions that were unbid by pilots already on the seniority list. As such, by my crayon math, this is my best guess for available unbid vacancies which can be offered to the early Jan Indoc class(es)*:
7ER (757/767 'classic')
- NYC: 30
73N
- ATL: 15
- LAX: 7
- NYC: 25
- SEA: 8

- DTW: 20
- NYC: 10
- SEA: 0
- SLC: 2

Total: 157
* When a pilot bids out of a category, it offsets one pilot who bids in. The net of the posted vacancies are available to NH's. Each new AE resets the list, so the late Jan classes can only be offered unbid positions from the Jan AE, which will close/publish around the 15/16th of Jan, give or take.
