Hey guys,

I just got a new type rating as of today. I’m within the two day window of updating my airline app and it says on the email not to update within two business days. I plan on calling in about this but seeing if anyone has guidance on this. Thanks!

For what it's worth, I updated mine with a new type rating on a Friday and then interviewed the next Monday. They told me the app is printed between 24-48hrs prior. They noted the change and said congratulations. You'll be fine and good luck!

I took my assessment last week. Waiting to hear back. Anyone else waiting for assessment results?

Same boat as you. Hopefully we'll hear something today. Seems like around 2pm central is the time they send out the mass emails

So I haven't seen discussion of it yet. Does DALPA know that Delta is metering new hires and circumventing the seniority system to protect DCI operations?

What do you mean circumventing seniority system. You’re not hired at DAL until you’re in class. The only ones getting a seniority date are 9E flows that are being withheld.

In other words, is Delta waiting to assign class those in republic and Skywest with a CJO?

That is the rumor, yes.

No longer a rumor. It's in writing in emails coming from onboarding.

Why are people from airlines that are NOT wholly owned saying is seniority abrogation or circumventing?

CrewdogNC 03-02-2022 11:37 AM

Took the assessment 11 days ago.

Emailed pilot recruiting on the 8th day.

Radio silence.
