On the assessment it will give you two statements and you either slightly agree, agree, or strongly agree with one or the other but not both. So, it could give you - I am a compulsive liar........I enjoy kicking puppies. You then have to indicate which one you agree with more and how much you agree with your choice. Those are obviously a joke but that is what it is like now.

Pretty close to accurate, I guess the lesser of 2 evils.....?
Some of the options aren't good but you have to pick one.

Yes, it better represents what you will see on the actual assessment. All that being said, the Cut-E is not very expensive. Definitely worth the money if it makes you feel better (I just didn't find it particularly useful compared to the RST trainer). Another option some have mentioned is using the American Airlines Cog test as a practice.

Does anyone have a timeline of what to expect after interview?. Wait time from interview to CJO to class date?. How long are background checks taking? Are class dates offered while awaiting background check or after?....etc?

Thanks

you will know before leaving ATL if you have a TBNT or CJO. If CJO:
- you then have your talk with the psychologist. Pass that, and you will have your official email offer of employment by the end of the interview day. (Don’t pass, and it goes to review board. Not sure what the current stats on that are.)
- background checks are largely dependent on your prior companies. For me, PRIA request form was sent to me one week after my CJO. Some pilots from my interview had classes assigned a week later. (Think those were the ones where the past five years were with one regional…aka quick PRIA.)
- class date was offered 20 days prior to class start (read, put in your two weeks NOW.)

my timeline:
August 26- invite for assessment (done that afternoon)
August 30- invite interview (one complete business day after assessment)
Sept 29- interview and CJO
Oct 6- PRIA Request filled out
Oct 20- class date offered
Nov 9- class start.

75 days from invite for assessment to class date.

FYI, I just did the assessment, and the "complex control" section did not work on Google Chrome. It worked fine on Microsoft Edge. I would do the whole assessment with Edge to save yourself the minor heart attack that I had.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the glitches are built into the assessment in order to determine if you will be able to deal with Delta IT once you are hired.

Looks like other people have had no issue using chrome, so it must have been an issue on my end. Regardless, I got the assessment done, now to wait.....and as Tom Petty told us, the waiting is the hardest part.

I think it was you had all levels of disagrees on the question on the left hand side and all the agree levels on the question on the right hand side.. I have to say that it was weird because if you really agree to a question on the left hand side, you had no way of saying it because there are no agree options on the left hand side.. im not sure how they get an accurate representation of the candidate from this if they dont give you the option to agree or disagree for each individual question..

I’m 90% sure if I don’t pass it’s cause of the personality part. I didn’t pass the United one, so maybe I’m just crazy. Who knows what they are looking for. The CUT E was good.

The moving dots in the real thing are much faster. Lot of lucky guesses.

Soduku seem like there was multiple right ways, but seems as there is only 1 correct choice. I might be 50% right on that one. The rest I felt very good.
