Just received the invite for the interview!
Got the invite for the assessment on nov 17th, took the test nov 21st and I just got the email today (nov 22nd)
For the ones that just got to this tread, it is worth the time to read it all, despite the detours, it has a lot of good info!
I used Cut-E and also the AA app to practice.
Good luck everyone!

Which would be against the law. Airlines have been sued in the past for violating USERRA.

I didn’t realize that USERRA covered applicants for a job as well as current employees. But based on the responses so far my theory is already floundering so I guess it’s a moot point.

Hopefully when enough time passes to start tracking re-attempts we see a positive trend for people.

Idk, but they keep interviewing/hiring my squadron mates. It's actually becoming a real issue of who will take on the leadership roles because we're losing so many guys.

December Class Dates

I was offered a Nov 30 class date however I'm on military orders until December 15. Recruitment said they'll put me in a late december class date and will email me when they start filling those classes. I haven't heard anything yet. Should I reach out to them? Or is it normal to hear about a class date 2-3 weeks out? They mentioned they had a dec 21 class date theyll let me know about. Thanks!

I just interviewed and got the CJO a week ago. I forgot to add a commercial stage 6 check bust on my app and I caught it inside the 3 day 'no changes at all' deadline as I was putting color coded flags of my good and bad in my logbook. I was sweating it! When they asked about my app during the interview I said I screwed up and thought it was in there and I wanted to make it right by adding it. They asked about it, I said I landed long on the short field and therefore it was a bust. They said no problem, so we then hand wrote it in at the end of the interview. Also, they DID ask why I changed my availability from 2 weeks, when I submitted my app 3 months prior, to 4 weeks a few weeks ago. I told them my current boss asked me to give him 4 weeks when I told him I was interviewing at Delta, so I changed my notice to reflect that. So yes, they do see all of your changes. A very relaxed experience overall.

thanks for sharing, real stuff here.

Drilling reservist with 17.5 years in so far (12 active, 5.5 reserves). I got the invite to interview earlier this month, also scheduled in January.

16 years of mil time and still in the Reserves. It never came up in the interview and I got a CJO.

I'm a reservist with three years left of my UPT commitment and I got the interview. I know of at least 5 friends(one with less time remaining, four with more) that got an interview in the last month. I legitimately don't think it's a factor.
