Yea there’s just a statement in your interview email “that there should not be significant changes from the digital one” they pull versus the final one you submit. I’m going to update it either way. I’m not sure how closely they monitor the differences.

Obviously that really depends on the definition of significant. I'd argue that a DUI or checkride failure or subtracting 1000 hours of total flight time would be a significant change that warrants some alarm bells going off. Adding a few extra classes (that you didn't fail or do miserably in) seems relatively minor. Just my guess, but I'd say that worst case is they ask you about the added classes, you just be honest and explain in 1-2 sentences that you forgot about them and you wanted your app to be fully honest and complete, and they accept it and move on.

Assessment
 
The most important "gouge" that I saw was to take AA's assessment first. I did that and it is identical to DAL's. So, I took the AA on a Tues and then took DAL's on Wed. I did not get a prep test because I read that it so different. Take the little "pub" games seriously but do not overthink on how they would grade it. This is all about the phsycological assessment. The first half of the questions are asked one way and then asked another way on the second half-same question. If you contradict yourself, it will show. For instance, they asked if I thrive working as a team to solve a goal/problem. I agreed. Later they asked if I thought that sometimes it stinks working as a team-I somewhat agreed over I get angry when people ask for help all of the time, we all know that multiple ideas forms a goat rope sometimes.

I took the test with a Captain's mindset of helping people get all over the country/world. FWIW, I never strongly agreed or disagreed.

I've heard from DAL-interview 7 Feb, but I haven't heard from AA.

I just interviewed and got the CJO a week ago. I forgot to add a commercial stage 6 check bust on my app and I caught it inside the 3 day 'no changes at all' deadline as I was putting color coded flags of my good and bad in my logbook. I was sweating it! When they asked about my app during the interview I said I screwed up and thought it was in there and I wanted to make it right by adding it. They asked about it, I said I landed long on the short field and therefore it was a bust. They said no problem, so we then hand wrote it in at the end of the interview. Also, they DID ask why I changed my availability from 2 weeks, when I submitted my app 3 months prior, to 4 weeks a few weeks ago. I told them my current boss asked me to give him 4 weeks when I told him I was interviewing at Delta, so I changed my notice to reflect that. So yes, they do see all of your changes. A very relaxed experience overall.

This is the best kind of answer to some of these questions, as it’s a recent real-world example that should set a lot of minds at ease. Not just a “you should be fine” from the peanut gallery. Thanks for adding to the body of knowledge here.

I’m seeing a lot of TBNT responses from the online assessment who sound like they’re military pilots. If you guys don’t mind sharing I’d like to hear how many people who have a full 20 years in are fairing vs people pulling chocks early.

My theory (currently based on a very small same size) is that with the training pipeline maxed out right now they are hesitant to offer a job to people they anticipate dropping mil leave as soon as they hit the line.

Which would be against the law. Airlines have been sued in the past for violating USERRA.

I was one of the rejected folks. Retire this spring.

I got the TBNT this morning. Retire this summer. I’m not a great test taker though and completely guessed on most of the soduku stuff.
