Lazy....right up until that psychotic passenger goes to grab you by the tie and gets a fist-full of nuttin'. Always surprises them which makes it nice 'cause that opens the door to grab their sweater and pull it over their head and start filling the cabin with upper-cuts like the Hanson Brothers taking on Ogie Oglethorpe.
How many passengers have grabbed your tie in a fit of rage?
I’m currently at zero, which I may have to pump up because it appears that is a rookie number!

Wow! Had no idea COVID also caused the loss of one's sense of humor, along with taste and smell. Figured everyone would get at least one viewing of Slapshot during the lockdowns before they had completed the entire NetFlix library. 😁

In 50 years we won't have any current plane flying (not even the remaining DC-9 variants). If what you predict ends up happening, it'll be clean sheet internal mechanisms, not an extra set of billion dollar servos, chips and fault messages before push. Either way the "tech" required will likely be more expensive than an FO for sure, and probably the entire crew.
