Look, I know you’re still bitter about that FO calling in fatigued on that JAX turn, but relax a little.

It’s not that hard.
I am all for looking professional in front of customers, and I am all for common sense. If it is bone chilling cold outside, I am going to wear my jacket to keep warm, it’s Personal safety. If you don’t approve, you can do the walk around or find someone else to fly with you.

And here’s a little secret: no one is even looking out the windows, except perhaps little Johnny…and his view is blurry because he just licked the glass. When folks look away from their phones to come up for air for 60 seconds max - they don’t even perceive the outside world, much less care what some knucklehead outside is wearing.

Exactly. I still like to look out the window when deadheading and nonrevving. Must be because I am pilot.

The percentage of pax completely content to look at their phones from pushback to arrival, never once lifting their window shades to peer outside briefly, even for takeoff or landing, is probably 90+% these days.

Dude, you aren’t supposed to drink that blue juice! It’s affecting your judgement.

They better not bring their on safety vest either because the company has “approved” ones. I’ve worn my full ski parka (blue and grey) under the vest. You must be based in PTC.
