The extension from 120 to 150 CAN be done with simulator training or an LCA flight check, but if OE completion occurs more than 60 days after 44X, the extension is automatic (seems like they’re dual-purposing your LCA for this purpose on your final OE leg).
If you miss consolation, the 3- or 4-sim SRQ requal syllabus establishes a new 44X event from which you again have 120 days to attain 100 consolation hours. Luckily, this time there is no OE, so no extra pilot to reduce OE hours on 3-pilot operations (that become 4-pilot during OE).

Just to confirm, this is 60 days to completion not starting OE? I started OE inside of 60 days of 44X but completion was outside of 60 days. I haven’t been notified of any extensions at this point.

Yes indeed. If OE ended more than 60 days after 44X, you’re automatically extended to 150 days. Not written anywhere I can find outside of emails with training planners and verbals with LCAs.

Its a completely different airline. Civilized even. They are trying to mess it up with some domestic mixed in though.

One of the many reasons I chose to hold off on going back to the 330 for a while. Why mess up a perfectly good category at the other airline called Delta International, by having to do some of those crap domestic trips lol.

Got an email today about consolidation. Just explained what it is and that there are waivers for certain circumstances. Didn’t say if I was specifically waived. Will call CPO Monday.
