I’ll let you guess which kind of lanyard he was NOT wearing. Sometimes it’s nice that you can get a heads up about what type of guy you're flying with from those types of things.
This Captain was a bigger idiot.

Aaaarrrrrggghhhh!

“Capped Reserve Days” (and multiple denial reasons) strikes again.

Going to be a long summer for anyone in the bottom half of their category.

I dunno. A continued deterioration of global and domestic affairs would suggest that many airline employees will soon find themselves unburdened by these loathsome work obligations. Seems to me that lately everyone is whistling past the graveyard a bit.

Just don’t forget your sunglasses and bourbon…

I’m confident when the last two crews are left at delta, and only one trip is still being flown, no dropping or swapping will be possible due to MULTIPLE DENIAL REASONS.

Yes, I keep waiting for airlines to announce they are trimming schedules back due to global unrest, and high gas prices. It wont be long.

I hope I am wrong, but I see some very dark clouds on our horizon.
When all the pilots that are still “on the hook” to the military (reserves, guard, etc) get called up we will be even shorter on pilots. Add to this the difficulty it will place on hiring when stop loss is enacted.
