Generally with other Concur reimbursements (Uber, hotel, etc) there is a 30 day deadline to submit or the request will be denied. Not sure if commuter parking is going to have that same restriction.

Brisbane first, Melbourne after the 1000s.

I'm not sure if it's officially announced or just a poorly kept secret.

Hmmm, yeah I could see that. Might be a good idea to get in the habit of submitting as soon as the receipt comes in I reckon.

Just saw an update about the faxline for medicals being down. It's 2024 and faxes are still being used? Would be 10x faster to take a pic with your phone and email it to Crew Assist

There's actually an email to send medicals directly to: [email protected]

Been sending pic/scan to them for the last 10yrs and gets processed within a few hours.

LOL, I recently had to send in a form to get an HSA over contribution pulled from my account. My options were fax or snail mail...I didn't realize I was sending something to 1993! It took two phone calls to finally snag an e-mail address from them.

On this subject, my AME submits all our medicals, so I'm not sure how he does it.

I bet he faxes it.

Odd as it may seem, faxes are still considered a "secure" way to communicate sensitive information. It is still widely used in the healthcare industry for transmitting confidential info.
