Anyone who thinks of her colleagues like this has no business representing them.

She’s pandering to the new demographic. A very few entitled are buying into it. Wes wins by a landslide.

The company did the displacement before the early out. They wanted to bring on the pain, when they could have ran the early out first, then displaced. Every other company did that. Delta chose not to in order to create leverage for CONCESSIONS.

They then sent multiple pink slip notices to the UNA folks to posture the union for CONCESSIONS.

The company took quite a bit of time before they negotiated 20-3 or 20-4. They were hoping we would give things, while they were happily taking government cheese.

Do you know why they took so long for those two LOAs? Because they knew they were not going to furlough at that point. Once they were sure they weren’t going to, 20-4 came along.

They weren’t going to happily and generously help the UNA/furloughs out of the goodness of their heart.

Again…..20-4 was to make them look like the nice guys even though they had made every attempt to hammer us. The union said NO, which I fully support. When Wes voted no, a furlough wasn’t going to happen. Stop thinking with emotion.
I'm thinking critically, not emotionally like you are because you didn't like 20-03.

Simple question. If we didn't continue to get the government cheese, would we have furloughed pilots with out LOA 20-04?

20-04 was nothing good for the pilot group wether you liked 20-03 or not. A vote against 20-04 was a vote to furlough your union brethren if the Covid era continued to go south. Glad you were willing to take that bet........

I hope you're right. The last thing we need as a group is shooting inside the circle.

Seriously? It was posted on a meme group as a JOKE. Do boomers still understand jokes? I thought the millennials were suppose to be the snowflakes.

Na they dont it's really sad seeing them post stuff on that group. Mostly not memes or stupid responses to memes. They don't have a clue how the world has evolved and they stay stuck in the past.

NO lower GS trigger
NO lower TLV
NO improvements to ARCOS

All permanent improvements to the contract that we gave up practically nothing to obtain.
One, because they were trying to get more from the company and two, they knew the company did not want to or was going to furlough anyone.

Actually its a LIE. His father retired before the LOA was even voted on.

Wes is one of the best current reps around the horseshoe and will continue to do a great job as C54 captain rep. The fact that the former Moakies and junior Moakie wanna be's are out in force slinging mud against him are proof of that.

Yeah, I think everyone knows it was a joke, Junior. Just not wise to make jokes about the people you want to vote for you.
