Our management approached their Endeavor pilots and granted them massive pay raises in 17 days of near continuous negotiations.
Sadly they choose to negotiate with the Delta pilots 6 days a month and send clueless minions to the table.
Before Sailing says the mediator controls the schedule, let’s focus on the fact we negotiate scope with them without the mediator.
Furthermore, we can easily choose to meet daily and get this done.
Times up.

We are the furthest along. If we get released to strike, the company will get serious real quick about getting this done. I’m hoping for a release soon.
The best thing that the United and American pilots can do at this point is bring their asks in line with ours and don’t settle for anything less until we get our deal.

I admire your optimism. Hell, I would be happy if DALPA was allowed to "release" the companies opener.
