What is that? 18 starting when? 1 Jan 2020? With full retro back to that and 5% each year after? Hell yeah that will pass. The only problem is what is it going forward?

Is that why it is taking so freaking long? LOL

The same 5 sections have been open for months.

Believe me, I am anything but delusional about this. I will still be amazed if we see a contract before I am forced out. But what pray tell is this 18/5/5/5 mean, and what is the retro that trip7 spoke of based on? 5%???

Frankly, I'll be surprised if they bring us full retro. It will be a pathetic signing bonus sold as retro.

almost always, percentages are DOS and after. you know this.

You’re not getting 18% retro to 2020. Just put it to bed.

So why don't you answer my question instead of putting words in my mouth? How much retro pay do you envision to the amendable?

I previously posted in another thread what my “yes” threshold would be with regards to retro. I won’t rehash the math here, but it amounted to $73,200 for a pilot currently making $200k/yr.
