So what? If he’s delusional let him be. Retro is a big deal and sets a huge precedent going forward. At any rate. Not something I’m gonna comment with specific numbers on a public forum right now because they’ve asked us not to be doing this at this point. That’s all I am saying. and no, that’s not “all you’re saying.” you’re making accusations and personal attacks. So own that. |

18/5/5/5 will pass with increased vacation, full retro, a few other nuggets here and there and no concessions IMO

. Dude we have been asked to stop doing this stuff (negotiating in public) because it’s puts the clamps on the NC. as for the rest of that portion, I’m not trip, take that up with them. . Something such as door pay is floated around and one of you three say “that’s already baked into our hourly rates.” Have a good night. |

That’s hilarious…it was an LEC Rep that floated the balloon. Trust nothing you hear and 1/2 of what you see. We’ll have an IAP before Christmas and it’ll be remarkably close to what’s been floated.

Weird how accurate my predictions back in 2019 after the conceptual opener have turned out to be. I suspected at least two years for a contract but covid tacked a bit onto that. The question again is how does the MEC walk back their opener and produce a contract that can be ratified. I am not sure in the near term that is possible. Sentiment does however seem to be shifting in the pilot group so who knows. You can see it even in the forum posts on here.

It is 100% a management trial balloon. There has been no discussions of pay rates sine managements first offer.

I want to throw a comment out, with government Covid money given out, was a stipulation on freezing executive pay part of the program, doesn’t that stipulation end in Feb or March of 2023? We will have to have a contract before upper management can get a raise…. My guess is by February we will see something. They would not want to delay getting a raise…. Just a guess
