That doesn’t answer my question.

The poster I replied to seem to imply that because we aren’t required to check out emails, we got stuck with Mission+….I don’t see the connection.

I’m not talking about getting notified for RR’s or pee tests.

if i can’t be obligated to check my email, how can we transition to a electronic flight plan where the only way I can access it is to receive it via email.

I think that’s where this was going.

Maybe, but that's an absurd slippery slope. What's the difference between checking your email for your flight plan and them slipping in a reroute or them having a pop up on any one of the 5 apps we use during flight? I don't think it's a valid argument that we aren't using the HTML flight plan because of some issue with pilots not "having" to check their email.

i see what you are saying, but I also understand why the union might not want to open that specific Pandora’s box.

it’s way different saying you have to use the jepp app and saying you are required to check your company email while on duty.

I'm sorry if this comes off harsh but...

I can't believe it's 2022...and we have not only grown adults, but Delta Captains talking about using a piece of paper as leverage. My goodness. It's like Captains have completely forgotten about the power of the parking brake. YIKES

I’m enjoying the latest action by many agents lately.

They hand me the updated weather, and while I’m looking at the LATT times, since that’s all I really care about, they like to immediately point and ask “hey can I get the release??”

yep…..when I’m done reading what I’m reading and hand it to you.

The parking brake doesn’t mean much when said company stooges are willing to use disciplinary measures after the fact. I’m glad that you never had to deal with it.

They haven’t to my knowledge and I never once said anyone at Delta has. All of you need to work on reading comprehension a tad.
