Having a clear picture is definitely helpful. Sometimes you're offered a shortcut and have no clue if that will actually make things worse. It's time consuming to ask dispatch every time. Most of the time it's better to just stick to the plan, but graphical winds would be handy. And I really don't want to add FDPro Wx to my preflight!

It would be nice to have access to real time updates on various sources like windy, flightradar24, etc (even just the free portions would be more helpful)... Not life changing, but more of nice to have. At this point, I'll take access to wifi that doesn't take multiple opening/closings of the wx app to get working. Always annoying when mine won't connect, but the FO's seems to work ok (or vice versa).

the windy app isn’t putting up weather balloons or pulling from some other magical source.
so for the VAST majority of delta flying, updating your FDPRO wx info on the ground will get you all the information you need …
again … settle down, you’ll be fine.

Also, a bit dramatic aren't we? It's not like weather viewer tech is that old.

A little but with all the injury awareness now I don't want to be responsible for FA injuries, let alone our HVCs. My wifi doesn't ever "see" the network anymore, which is weird because on the ground it automatically connects to everything including my home wifi, cell hotspot, lounge network and the A000s
