Leaves it up to “scheduler judgement.”
I think the only argument we have is that the company isn’t pay protecting the passed over pilot without being prodded.

Are there any changes to 23.M.7 between this contract and the last one? Because as far as far as I understand there weren't any. So this premise then that what's causing the IA abuse is the new contract is incorrect correlation. So, my point to JB and Puddy: you made the claim, now present the evidence.

Puddy's point was that even if no changes in 23.M.7 they couldn't have been "abusing" IA during sec 6 because a good case could be made that it was a "status quo" violation. Now that Delta has a new PWA, the company can do with as please as far as interpretation of 23.M.7, and the only recourse ALPA has is a grievance.(but no status quo violation like during sec 6)

hopefully they didn't change the quiet hours batches...even the ones like me most mad about batches said don't change that part of it, but ya know-they usually go too far one way or another so we will see

Especially when I know I don't want the vast majority of things that come up then anyway.
I know how to silence the ringer as well as the vibrate function on my phone and only get a visual alert. Or just put it in airplane mode altogether.
Batch size violatiuons that pay out simply for your phone ringing when you put in a blanket request is something I can't wait to cost out and trade for enhancements to literally anything else in the PWA.
