I'm too cynical to believe that.

I wonder how long it will take for that to trickle though the pilot group.

18 hour call out, 24 hour release, reserve with conflict for better trips with pay protection, all reroute pay and other pay items above the guarantee.

EDP alone, which flew under the radar, is huge.

Some live in a bubble, but eventually the word will get out, and reserve will go uber, uber senior.

expressing your opinion in a survey doesn’t violate the terms of your employment and you’re a unionized employee.

You're not wrong, but if you bid reserve nowadays I hope you like short call.

Not terrible actually. 1-2 a month.

For years I’ve never done more than 2 in a month. One time I recall that I did 3.

I’m now up to 5 and I’m not the leader of the pack.

translation: say what you like you already have a big target on your back

I'll just "anonymously" vent here instead, it'll get back to them.

you don’t have a target on your back from being cheeky in employee surveys

not yet

Cheeky and honest are synonymous here, and we all know what honesty gets us.

(I meant as a union member: bulls eye)

the “target of your back” of unionization isn’t something to be scared of.

but I can’t help your paranoia, I only post so that other people don’t succumb to foolish nonsense.
