When I tried to do that a couple days ago, I was told they couldn't do anything until the 14 business days had passed.

(And BTW this "business" day thing is a total crock. We all know when they first said 14 days, they meant two weeks. But then, when they got bogged down, they moved the goalposts to "business days". Total BS).

I've seen that language ("14 days") applied to RRs, but nothing else. My issue was the loss of soft pays vis-a-vis 23G5 trip buys--sorry if that got lost in the quotes.

Was your issue RR? Or something else?

Little of both, EDP and SIT were also not calculated properly, or at all...

A simple cookie cutter error, like a math error, usually gets worked pretty quickly.

I’ve been seeing an hour or 2 of soft pay per month in non vacation months with no arguments.

Bid reserve this month, 3 hours soft pay and 3 more of SCC. All trips assigned 48+ hours out. Only 53 hours of credit “flown”.

I’m with you. Over 7 hours above reserve guarantee and about the same flown. Reserve got way better with the soft pay

Is the employee engagement survey really confidential? I just want to say keep your deals and quit stealing pay and then denying the theft. Still waiting for my resolution on some stuff.
