I’ll now take my case to CS for a (hopefully quick & painless) fix…!

Submitted yesterday around 5P via the Crew Assist "Case Management" website. Corrections made by midday today. I'd say that's as quick & painless as anything....
(And BTW this "business" day thing is a total crock. We all know when they first said 14 days, they meant two weeks. But then, when they got bogged down, they moved the goalposts to "business days". Total BS). |

When I tried to do that a couple days ago, I was told they couldn't do anything until the 14 business days had passed.

I've seen that language ("14 days") applied to RRs, but nothing else. My issue was the loss of soft pays vis-a-vis 23G5 trip buys--sorry if that got lost in the quotes.

From my experience, there are 4 ways your ACE report can go once it hits the top of the queue:
A simple cookie cutter error, like a math error, usually gets worked pretty quickly. A more complicated scheduling deal, but a common one where there is a well established resolution, takes a little longer. One where the scheduler/tracker/company went completely off the rails, and there is no great previous example, but it's still pretty clear it was outside the PWA, takes more time, and probably goes into the pile that the SC chair and the Company talk about directly. Those are going to take a while, and probably are worked in batches the once a month they get worked. Then there are those where either the company or the pilot is trying to apply rules to a situation where one side or the other don't agree as to how the rules apply in that situation. Those reach a deadlock and go to grievance. Thanks for this synopsis. I’m thinking its either category C or D with mine. Company has it now. I’ve been seeing an hour or 2 of soft pay per month in non vacation months with no arguments. |

just got assigned a better trip than ever existed before the soft pay rule changes. It pays 1:50 more than it would have 4 months ago.

Bid reserve this month, 3 hours soft pay and 3 more of SCC. All trips assigned 48+ hours out. Only 53 hours of credit “flown”.

Is the employee engagement survey really confidential? I just want to say keep your deals and quit stealing pay and then denying the theft. Still waiting for my resolution on some stuff.
