I don't think anyone cares, at least not most of us, about men or women of certain ages. All I care about is funny satire.

He IS wrong. His quote is the equivalent of saying that knowingly committing a felony doesn’t violate the law until a judge or jury finds you guilty.

The act itself has already violated the law. Consequences can’t be applied until a guilty verdict is reached.

They aren’t committing a felony. It’s contract law. Even when you buy a car you agree to submit to binding arbitration. You don’t have to like it, I don’t, but there is nothing illegal. They will eventually get a fine or pay a grievance but that’s all part of the game. They are the only ones that lose. All that goodwill down the drain. PB has been a tool since Covid kicked off. Nothing more than a yes man.

Agreed. He knows he’s violating the contract though. He simply believes that he can get away with it.

No it isn't. Someday you'll learn that the money isn't the most important part to management. Ever wonder why everything else takes so long and the payrates happen seemingly overnight?

Sure, but PB realizing that he can violate the contract for a price isn’t the same as PB saying that nothing management can possibly do is a contract violation unless an arbitrator finds otherwise.

They know that certain acts are violations, and they’re willing to pay the small price to keep committing them.

Y'all are acting like this is something new. Did you really think this contract 'fixed' anything? It just got your pay codified for transgressions and nothing more (for the most part).

Bingo. And it’s not illegal for them to allow it to go there. Ethical? That word no longer matters on Wall Street.
