Yeah, I guess. If you figure out who's running it now, don't tell them they've got a boom e r dude lurking there. Funny page. Enjoy it a lot.
(Dumb that APC won't let me say that word, even about myself. C'mon guys, stop the juvenile cent sore ship). (Oh, guess that word is banned too.)

The act itself has already violated the law. Consequences can’t be applied until a guilty verdict is reached.

They aren’t committing a felony. It’s contract law. Even when you buy a car you agree to submit to binding arbitration. You don’t have to like it, I don’t, but there is nothing illegal. They will eventually get a fine or pay a grievance but that’s all part of the game. They are the only ones that lose. All that goodwill down the drain. PB has been a tool since Covid kicked off. Nothing more than a yes man.

No it isn't. Someday you'll learn that the money isn't the most important part to management. Ever wonder why everything else takes so long and the payrates happen seemingly overnight?

They know that certain acts are violations, and they’re willing to pay the small price to keep committing them.

Sure, but PB realizing that he can violate the contract for a price isn’t the same as PB saying that nothing management can possibly do is a contract violation unless an arbitrator finds otherwise.
