Switched to the gender-neutral "everyone" in my PA's and noticed a slight uptick in NSAT scores. It was easy.
Some customers do arrive with a metaphorical chip on their shoulders. Being ranked "the best" probably results in a bit of adverse selection. Our customers arrive with high expectations. I am fine with that, especially if it drives better crew meals to satisfy these demanding customers ((selections the last few weeks have exceeded the expectations of a former airport bum who lived on Lance Crackers and Stale Pizza before Ramen was a thing))
Think the Red Coat / Gate Agent did a good job. ... I might have messed up and said "condensation" instead of "condescension" and been accused of misrepresenting the spread between temperature and dew-point.
