Like the 737s that would be cancelled if we didn't accept this... Spoiler alert for the newbies, we still got 737s.

I mean, that wasn't even a good bluff. Like a board would ever allows such a thing to happen.

I heard they were opening McMurdo and Yellowknife as new bases. They are gonna bring the C130 into the fleet.

That is too funny. I had no idea that Delta actually flew a C130 😂.

I get your point, but CEO's say lots of things trying to game things. I think he was speaking to what they actually do.
Yep, we got the jumpseat 5 years later and had to buy it with a pay cut!

So he didn't shut the airline down? Sounds like he was a blow hard who was full of crap.

That actually is a pretty good description of the original RA.

I was daydreaming about this thread while slogging through Atl traffic today 😝…..

I could maybe see new base/s in 10+ years.

if we simplify/tighten up fleet types…

Only fly 220, 320, 737, 330, 350.

if it’s less fleet types and wayyyy more 737s and 320s flying around, I could see it.

lord only knows what we will get to replace the 757 for the niche missions…mex, (and other short field/altitude airports) that need more than a 220 or old 319 can carry
