I stood up and clapped after reading that powerful message. It was a tribute to the Delta Brand and the Will of the Delta Pilots. The single breasted jacket was a travesty to our image and our tradition. It was like the Yankees getting a home uniform "option" without Pinstripes. Thank goodness it is being discontinued with more inclusive double breasted options being explored.

My own mother can’t pick out who flies for which company.
My daughter can recognize the uniform a baseball player wears, but she couldn’t pick out the Yankees because she doesn’t care that much about baseball.
I would venture to say well over 90% of passengers can’t pick out a Delta pilot or know the difference between 3 and 4 stripes. Believe it or not, people just don’t care.
Also, that was the dorkiest post you’ve ever made.

Which is two more than none. And two in hand is probably worth, conservatively, four damns in the bush.

The DB fit me better, and when they said bottom button had to be buttoned, that eliminated any thought of wearing the SB.
Having said that, the only person who cares less than me which jacket the pilot next to me is wearing are our passengers

I haven’t even worn the hat in nearly 2 years. Continuing to wear the SB jacket will be easy enough.
