There seem to be a lot of rotations with MSP overnights in ATL and DTW. It would be an easy addition with a crew base already in MSP. I know it existed before COVID, but NYC did, too.

Ya, I don't see them opening that back up, but I have to imagine they regret not having that base right now. DTW717 bid packet would be absolutely gutted if they made an MSP717 base.

I think it’ll be 220/320 announced St. Patty’s day.

additional 339 ordered to replace 7ER.

Some 321 picked up from NK finish conversion by this time next year.

They could also fly it as a six day from SEA350.

NYC 717 was already dying. COVID just accelerated it.

Yup....or LAX. SEA would probably see TPE, HKG and maybe something crazy like MNL or SIN as well as the standard-issue ICN.

From the 2024 thread we got our BOS base.

What’s in store for ‘25?

BOLD prediction: Still no WB base for SLC.

SPICY prediction: I’m thinking we get comms - but not actual AEs or conversations - for SEA330 to become SEA350. This begins a years long process to consolidate 330s on the East Coast and 350s on the West Coast. (Except ATL which will have everything other than the 220.)

COOL RANCH prediction: 787s everywhere.

There is a lot of this among all the bases. I'm pretty sure this was driven by the carve-out pay. In NYC, many of the narrowbody late night terminating flights that used to be in NYC rotations are now staffed by other bases that layover in NYC.
