how do we have no teeth in this and it continues from a department of labor level?

if the above and below wing workers weren’t paid correctly, wouldn’t there be some level of state investigation to that effect?

what am I missing?

this is getting ridiculous

we could take it to an arbitrator, but recent rulings have shown they will say things like positive space means space available.

We could have undeniable proof this is all 100% intentional wage theft and I don’t think the DOL would care.

Taking it up in one of our more labor friendly bases might work, but isn’t DL openly ignoring state labor laws in MN right now ?

Wage theft is very common in the US. The reason it’s so common is because it’s allowed by virtue of it is almost never actually prosecuted.

A: Because you pay so much one day I’ll be able to sue you for wage theft using some outrageous interpretation of labor code in MN.

Terrific use of your troll account.

What are you prepared to do? (Beyond ask nicely)

So because we make good money we aren't entitled to complain and/or do anything about our employer not paying us correctly?

Definitely. In this case though, I’m 99% sure we’re dealing with an AI bot.

I was shorted $5000 during training on my last long school. I have absolutely no doubt this goes on all the time and it is on purpose. Check your checks boys……If there is an error do you honestly believe it will ever be in your favor?
