I listen to music thru speakers, really hi quality mark levenson speakers i have old school vac tube amps driving them. And gasp most of my music collection is on vinyl.

Again, you aren't even grasping your own logical fallacy. What is being sent in emails and newsletters is not the same as what is being published in textbooks. They are interpretations of the texts and current events as explained by the SMEs. A professor presents the book to a class using various forms of media, to include podcasts. No one is reading the text on a podcast. The "text" in your crap analogy is the contract and the lecture is the email/podcast. How you struggle to grasp this simple concept is truly stunning.

So I listen to ALPA podcasts on my drive to work to keep up with the latest news. Between the podcasts the emails, and Sched Alerts, there is no reason a pilot should be blind sided by being able to bid SC periods, or the fact that we are getting dues refund.
I swear some pilots go out of their way to be intentionally obtuse on union issues just so they can yell at the clouds.

So I listen to ALPA podcasts on my drive to work to keep up with the latest news. Between the podcasts the emails, and Sched Alerts, there is no reason a pilot should be blind sided by being able to bid SC periods, or the fact that we are getting dues refund.

Few days ago a 97 hire Captain didn’t know why their drop wasn’t showing as Qual trip in OT after they posted it on the pilot swap board.
