Woah, potentially only 207 on the 339.

We offer a decidedly lackluster product to LHR for such a premium market. Flying mostly A332s and 764s isnt really cutting it. This proposed configuration would seem to go a long way to helping us up our game.

Indeed, and this config could also be good for places like ZRH, maybe CDG, just thinking the other places the 764 goes. Possibly MXP as well. Let's see if there are some announcements from other sources. I wonder if it will only be the new deliveries, or if they will retrofit 20-30 of them which opens up other markets like FRA as well.

The 765 cubicles in D1 are probably the best onboard product we have. Does they not compare well to AA/UA/BA?

But is it enough for someone at that level to say “yeah, I’ll forego my Delta status to fly United”

As long as it “just good enough” unfortunately. And I agree with you about Polaris.

United is in a position of “we have to be better to win”. Delta says “our loyalty is so strong, we just need to be good enough”. I’m not so sure that’s the best long term mindset.

Our 765 D1 suites are awful. Unless there is some upgraded one similar to the 350 ones I haven’t seen.

The 765 D1 seats have some of the highest NPS scores in the system. They are objectively good per the people that pay to fly in them.
