You have got to be a troll. Basic mathematical calculations about how many pilots are required to fly X number of hours, and a failiure to provide basic internal customer service are not "growing pains."
It's gross incompetence--incompetence paired with a toxic lack of accountability and introspection. No need to do better--just blame the pilots. Corporate/managerial hubris is driving the operation straight into the ground.
No one has been fired. Probably because the bench is stocked with incompetent ideologues instead of high-functioning, pragmatic leaders. Gumm has buttressed his position by surrounding himself with buffoons.
Rippy, maybe they're just printing up your puff posts and giving them to the boss. "See? The pilots love it here! We're killing it! Say, will you sign off on our Sick Leave Sheriff position?"
Have you been shorted pay yet? Been called into the CPO for something ridiculous? Open your eyes man

Actually I’ve just been making a ton of money on RRPY and QS. My time card is accurate and I’ve never had any issues with the CPO. Again, this place is an echo chamber of a handful of guys that act like their career is a living hell and some poor souls may buy into it. It’s actually insane to witness.. As long as Delta keeps ending the year as #1 in profits with the gap widening from #2 and #3 I’m happy. That’s exactly what’s gonna keep on happening.
I agree there are some on here who will never give the company credit. But at least as bad are those for whom the company can do no wrong. It comes across like Baghdad Bob.
You don’t seem to be willing to call both balls and strikes. In your view, it’s all strikes. Don’t be suprised when the crowd gets loud and angry when that ball in the dirt gets rung up as a strike.

The time to be alarmed is not AFTER we start losing money, it’s at soon as the trend arrow points in the wrong direction. Fix the trend before it becomes a problem. The fact that you think everything is fine and dandy means you are a prime candidate for management here. Today is all that matters and tomorrow is someone else’s problem.
Get out of the “echo chamber” as you call it and talk to reps. Talk to scheduling committee, RCC, FRB, CA…. This isn’t isolated man, and this isn’t opinion. There is data, there are recordings, cases, evidence…. You have no idea how much they see and fight behind the scenes that never makes it on Facebook/APC. It’s egregious and getting worse

the fact that “You’ve been making a ton of money on rrpy and qs” and don’t see why that’s a problem is miraculous. Ask Senior how many GS they got per month when we were properly staffed.
