Feb Mid Bid AE Plug
WB A 46XX 26.8%
WB B 134xx 77.7%
NB A 136xx 79.1%

As expected, everything went more junior with robust numbers of vacancies. Awards are pretty much right where I would have expected them to be. I’m not at my computer to check on any backfills, So if someone has the bandwidth to check that, that would be interesting.

I’m sure they just wanted to get the mid bid out before the weekend. Remember, final awards generally go slightly senior to the Mid Bid. Good luck to all

Have actual training dates been close to what is published?
Is the company liquidating vacation for pilots who chose "YES" to keep PVAC, SVAC, TVAC?

There is a BES I'm interested in with over half of the awards junior to me, but even with the "convert after junior" option it looks like April training and May conversion are a possibility. I could strategically separate my IQ golden days, but that still doesn't cover the entire period I'm protecting. Are training planners agreeable to bumping the training dates to protect awarded vacations as long as training stays well within the 150 day conversion window? This AE window is March - July, with most awards projecting training in April for May conversions. I'd prefer to train mid May or later. I pulled my bid last AE, but hate to skip this one also.

Data point of 1, but I elected to keep vacation and it was honored. I used the golden days to block the week before vacation and it worked as planned to delay training. Train after junior could be an effective strategy as well if there end up being significant numbers junior to you training.

Jr WB A on the mock bid was hired in 2010. About 80 numbers senior to the first 2014 hire

the final will likely be 2001, however.
