Not sure about that. Deltanet > Crew Resources, Staffing, just under AE's, there are "simulator period preferences" run reports and result reports that show how these preferences might have been considered. Kinda like PBS composite reports, though it doesn't show the bids(preferences) for each pilot.

Not exactly a reasons report, but it does indicate an automated process that wouldn't necessarily require a training scheduling person to look at your preferences since the script already did it.

To be clear, I'm not vouching for the script, or that preferences even work. Just that there does appear to be some kind of process being run on them.

What Verdell said, the reasons report actually provides some insight into the process. Datapoint of about about 10 of us (of varying seniority), but they honored our preferences. One guy wanted late sims but didn't care when he went, so they put him at the back half of the window to give him evening sims.

March AE results posted.

A larger than typical number of WBB made the jump to WBA, especially in the west coast categories. 28% of WBA awards came from WBB. On previous AEs the number was in the low 20s. In the west coast categories where banked PB days took a bigger hit the number was 44% WBB to WBA. I'd say the war on PB days made a difference.

MAR AE Plug
WB A 485X 27.8%
WB B 138XX 79.0%
NB A 137XX 78.7%

2014 hire is a WB A. Several of them. WB A Actually went slightly Junior to mid bid. Milestone AE for sure.

Again, the very bottom of the list, NH’s with a week on property were able to change bases.

What the youngest 2014 hire? Surely we didn’t hire a 25 year old in 2014? I don’t know, and can’t look that deep at the moment.

Only 5 out of 10 DTW 717A have been awarded. 2 DTW 717A bid out . They said they will need 10 captains yet they only added 3 ? Not sure I understand this logic.

No.

PWA does not allow for this. 22.E.10 only allows for NH going to unbid FO positions.

I was 31 when hired in 2014. A few younger but not many.
