Are they still telling guys about being flagged the same day as psych portion? I saw a couple earlier post about 2 hours after the psych interview they were notified. Just wondering if this is what to expect going forward.

Thanks

Delta has always hired those that will be friendly to management. That is what the shrink is for. To weed you out those who are pro union.

In light of recent events, I imagine we will probably see psychology as part of the hiring process becoming more commonplace.

So if you get the "no" from the board are you able to re-interview at Delta?

Are you trying to demonstrate ignorance, bitterness, or contempt? Can't figure out if you're the clueless outsider, the rejected candidate, or the Delta guy that thinks he's better than the rest.

If you're the rejected candidate, let me help you out: the test is designed to weed out liars and whackos. The moral of the story on the psych: don't try to lie your way through being a whacko.

No. I think that is the only one that is final. It used to be if you failed the HR portion, you were done for good. But now that is changed to a reinterview attempt at 6 months.

For those that have interviewed at Delta, what has been the timeframe from interview and CJO to board approval to a class date. I have an interview setup for mid-May. Just wondering about the timeline. Thanks.

Very few percentage wise ever go to the board to begin with. Its almost always either CJO and then class date or no CJO.

If you're the person from another thread who has the class date somewhere else in late May, there is an almost 100% chance that even without the board you won't get a class date at DL before your class date at the other place. CJO-class date is almost always several weeks longer than that timeframe, board or no board.

Gloopy...Thanks.

I am expected to get a class date with another legacy within the next week and half for a late May start. I have the interview for Delta in Mid-May. You had to wait for a board approval which took between 7-10 days after the interview....so that is why I asked if Delta had a similar process after the CJO. I would prefer Delta over the other legacy. Just trying to play out my options time wise. Never would have thought that I would be given two separate opportunities within a short timeframe. Hope others get to experience this good problem to have.
