Yea I got my exactly 2 hours after I left... It was an extreme low after a feeling so good about the CJO.

I interviewed 10 March. There was 4 of us in my group who got the email and I know two got the green light last week. So hopefully another board will adjourn in 3 weeks.

Two guys that I wrote recommendations for went thru this and both are now working for Delta. Took about a month for each to get re-approved. Good luck, and keep the faith.

You can shake your head, but given recent events, I wouldn't expect the Psych portion of the interview to go away or be given lesser weight. In fact, you might find even more folks getting flagged if the Psych Docs start suddenly flexing their muscles.

Do you know what happened to the other 2? Did they get the TBNT?

That's good to know. It was my first ever MMPI test and I have to say it is worded horribly. I've been doing research on it the past 24 hours. Not many good reviews on it.

Thanks for mentioning it. I took one of those online, interesting, because I did things a lot of kids did at my age and according to it, I have some higher than usual "deviation". I ran across the "I like teasing small animals" question years ago when taking the AFOQT for the Air Force, and I was told by some others that the "normal" answer is yes!

Unless one is an SSP, in which case, it doesn't even apply. At least, thus far. How long before it gets added for SSP's?

Well, this hiring round has seen the MOST people not only get a MMPI redo, but released from the "psych hold"/cleared to train.

2010 and prior, it was only a small group of people that got either one, very small.
