This language is ridiculous. My favorite part is "if they are found" as if mgmt doesn't know what's happening.
Seeing how they operate the ratios with our JVs there is now doubt they will push the limits as far as they can as long as they can. This will not be in our favor. How some folks think mgmt is going to be honorable when they don't have foceable language to do so is shocking. When mgmt screwed the pilots during bankruptcy and then gave themselves a bonus, that was the fool me once. Fool yourself again and there is nobody to blame but yourself.
My NO vote was enjoyable to submit. My only worry was that I did it too soon. There is no question ALPA is watching the numbers daily and if things are not going their way expect to see more folks in ops. I suspect if ops gets more crowded with ALPA folks the vote is not going as planned.

ALPA has no access to the numbers. This has been stated many times. It would also be a violation of federal election law. If you think the reps you elected are going to violate federal law and risk losing everything in life to illegally monitor an election then perhaps you need to get some help. It would also destroy all credibility of the company running the election and lead to their almost immediate shutdown and liquidation.

To give them the benefit of the doubt, I will assume they are just uninformed which gives even more justification to the lounge presence if only to correct such misinformation.

Which really makes you wonder Sailing, are the posters that continuously make these sort of assertions that uninformed, or are they just making making intentional false statements?

Is that a Kool-Aid bomber in ATL?
So if we say NO to this 6 months early TA, Delta will go to the nuclear option?
So does even the threat of this happening prove constructive engagement was a farce? Because if you're not allowed to say no to a TA on principled grounds, why do we even get to vote? As long as the company and the union agree on it you have to accept it.
That's not constructive engagement, it's constructive infringement.

That’s a bit of a stretch. “Not allowed to say no? As long as the company and the union agree on it you have to accept it?” I’m not sure why you would say things like that. Every single pilot can vote no if he or she desires to do so. To say otherwise is plainly incorrect. As far as I can tell, the only immediate and lasting change to a turned down TA would be the cancelling of the 88 717’s and keeping more DCI aircraft. Other than that it sounds like everything else would be back on the table for revision. If you consider this a nuclear option, then I guess if we get a majority of no votes that would be considered a nuclear option as well. (Idiotic Pelosi Quote: Remember, we have to pass this thing so we can see what’s in it.) LOL
I'd rather not pass this thing to see what's in it regarding the implementation of scope ratios and lord knows what other loopholes...
