How does this TA allow us to work for LESS? It actually builds upon where we want to go, which is higher, in a shorter amount of time compared to regular section six negotiations and contracts. Shorter duration contracts at about 20% pay raises is the way to go. It appears the NMB won't allow 50% pay raises all at once (look at APA and their being sequestered for over a year by the NMB). I think you might have it totally wrong....
