Actually, we pilots are supposed to self disclose some of the behaviors and events you mention. I do not know if non union Skywest has anything like a HIMS (Human Intervention Motivational Study) program, but it is a great program. It is a legit question. As union members we have a non punitive safe harbor if heaven forbid something happens which requires assistance. Do non union carriers enjoy such non punitive self disclosure? If I stated it in an inflammatory way, I apologize. Just venting frustration over the situation. Nobody likes to see things like this happen. |
