Ok. Those are the two main questions.
A "swap with the pot" is only going to be awarded if the days dropped (and not covered up with the new trip) are above min coverage.

A "swap board" pickup has to be over off days, or you can personal drop your trip that is on your schedule and then pick up the trip from the swap board.

A personal drop and swap with the pot are both processed on a PCS run.
A swap board transaction can occur at any time.
