You guys are too funny. Can we just agree both of you are completely and totally aware of how this all played out in the past and each have an exact, totally equal, exhaustive knowledge of the history, reasoning, justification, hidden agendas, applicable state and federal laws, civil and human rights associated with said issue, and corporate eyes-only, specialized compartmented information, need to know read in basis only on any and all tangential matters relating to the determination of seniority for new hire pilots?

We should determine class seniority by how people perform in the simulator.

On day 1, BB should take everyone over to the 738 sim and whoever lands the furthest down the runway and still stops on the runway, is the most senior.

Then we can either work it from there by distance. Or take the best pilot and the worst pilot and let them pick the other pilots seniority similiar to how you pick a sandlot football team. Let the best pilot pick the top down of the seniority list and the worst pilot pick the bottom up.

Ugh, flying a Mud-pup appreciation trip. Layovers in MCI and ORF. The domestic layover hotels are better than the Novotel NH crap we are seeing overseas.

Let's take this a step further. I think we should have bases negotiate for pilots like sports teams handle free agency.

"Okay Atlanta, we'll send over Watkins and O'Neil, and in exchange you give us Davis and your second pick in the November class. Oh, and to sweeten the deal we'll send over ship 123AB - the engines spool up at the same time, the sync actually works, and both pilot seats have headrests."

"Sounds good LA, but Davis is too junior and we need to clear up some cap space. How about we send over Jacobs instead?"

"Deal."

Power and Light District baby! Hooters right next to hotel in ORF. If you have time hit up the O'Conner Brewing Company in ORF. Great dark IPA
