Yes they're talking about a dues reduction.
Yes this is in addition to the refund being processed.
"No" because the refund is not from the MCF.
The refund from the Special MEC Reserve Account (SMRA, pronounced "Smerr").
The bizarre thing is I'm hearing that not all the Delta reps are supporting this dues reduction.
