No problem Timbo. Actually the $156 rate would not be my rate. $156 would be 3rd year 7ER pay. I wil be on 7th year pay assuming it is the same 4, 8.5, 3, 3 deal we got this go around.

Great picture. Just what a Douglas jet needs, an oil refinery. Can you put Timmay and his flashlight under the -9? You know he's an Airlinepilotfiremanguardairforcefighterparamedic.

Where's the smoke?

In other news. JetBlue got whacked pretty hard by Sandy. Who's their corrosion control officer?

Well the show has now moved to MSP. Told by the duty pilot that since we are iroped we are still on the hook, ie can't deviate from dh and go home. He also told me LGA is closed indefinitely due to a barge coming loose and nailing the rwy 22 pier. JFK to open after noon tomorrow.

The winds were probably sufficient for that.

I would benefit from a "Like" button, because I could pretty much just endorse everything Timbo, Check, Scambo and others have been saying about flying as much as we do.

I would add that we should be able to fly like crazy, at times. We just should have a bow wave system to spread it around, so that those times are an exception, rather than a rule. It would enough prevent the woars that need to have their nose in the crack jar all the time from having enough critical mass as to create an ultra-lean, advancement-deprived airline.

I'm all for productivity. I just don't define it in terms of FAR's. I define it in terms of a sustainable number of hours where one can stay healthy, sane, and married.
