Just give newK and superpilot an ER with floats. They wouldn't have any issue with operations there.

The birds would protest us ever flying together again. Big time.

Well the show has now moved to MSP. Told by the duty pilot that since we are iroped we are still on the hook, ie can't deviate from dh and go home. He also told me LGA is closed indefinitely due to a barge coming loose and nailing the rwy 22 pier. JFK to open after noon tomorrow.

If you want contract advise the duty pilot is not the place to get it. They can not hold you as a reserve. They have to issue you a reroute. If that is a deadhead to base then leave and go home.

Yes. In "hard numbers" DAL is making lots of cash, but the debt load is much higher now than it was then and also the airline was about 55% of the current size. The profits would have to DOUBLE to see a relative profit to what DAL had then.

You are correct the debt load needs to be reduced also to get rid of the interest expense, so maybe it would need to double PLUS another amount on top of that to be able to provide the environment for a C2K like contract.

Also "United +" was extremely helpful for C2K..... How's that working out for us right now? Ugh, and I don't see them being too helpful going forward....

Well if timbo said in about 2001-2002 timeframe max profit ever made was 1.2 bil and we could make 2.5 bil this year,I would say that's about double.

Worked well for him. His son actually plays football at the local high school, along with Wayne Gretzky's kid and Joe Montana's kid. Boomer? If you can play ball, come home son. The wife is off limits however.
