This is LGA on WED morning as seen from Terminal D (sorry about the size). Although things are drying out, they still have a ways to go, and with salt water, all runways and taxiways need to be inspected.

I heard somewhere, might of been here, that's barge or some floating object ran into the pier that holds up the departure end of 4. I would think a pretty through inspection would e required if this is the case.
