Tonight in DEN, no one hurt...

I'm glad no one was hurt, and since no one was hurt I'll just say I'm sick of SWA pilots taking so many risk!! Makes us all look like *******s....

I dunno, I think over the last few years SWA guys have slowed down a lot, particularly after their MDW overrun. You still get the occasional old-school cowboy blasting along at 40 kts, but it's a lot more rare than it used to be.

Get a slippery enough surface, and you can go off a taxiway at 5 kts. It's happened to plenty, and not just SWA.

If you can go off at 5kts, you better taxi at 4kts.

Been cutoff by them MANY times in LAX, not too surprised.

As someone that's been a pilot-turned-passenger for about 10 butt clenching feet on an icy Signature ramp in MSP, I tend to think it's bad juju to start throwing stones about taxi speed. Especially since I was doing about a knot when it happened (fortunately I didn't hit anything!).

That's not ice, that's snow. I've also slid a heavy jet on a crappy taxi way. Still doesn't change my observations/opinions of SWA's ground ops. Slow the **** down. Live by the sword, die by the sword.

I thought this was a good warm up for an Oregon-Bama NC. We'll see if it happens but I do believe Oregon > A&M. I bet University of Texas fans just went... damnit... recruiting just got that much harder.

Well, tv is off for the rest of the night. That was fun. ;)

A&M celebrating single victories because they can't win championships ;-)

Truth is they had a great game but Texas has been kicking A&Ms butt for years so recruiting will still be awesome at Texas. They have a QB that's already proving himself as a freshman and should only get better which is great for their program. Look how Auburn did with having Cam, Manzeil will likely carry A&M for a couple years to come, great for them. Part that sucks is Texas passed him up and didn't want him....then he almost went to Oregon but backed out.

Today is the one day you'll see me admit that I graduated from a Texas A&M college, impressive game.

I was at the Texas game today to honor Darrell K Royal and it was a great day to be at a game.

Oregon has to be number 1 now.

And can a Freshman win the Heisman? An A&M or Oregon Freshman?

And to make this relevant, Delta uses airplanes.
