Dunno. but I just gave myself a 3% raise (after tax take home pay) by taking Comcast's boxes back to them & turning off my wife's E-Channel."
Sorry about the thread creep. But, this is posted as a public service. Comcast has to provide broadband for < $50 a month under their settlement with the FCC ... so, if you want to save some coin.

I am right there with you. I hate Comcast with a passion. I feel like I'm being robbed every single month. I would love to pull the plug and just watch free HD broadcasts and online programming.
My problem is sports. I can't live without 'em. Especially college football.
What are you going to do about ESPN?

Sports is the reason I haven't cut the cable yet either. I really want to as the only reason I turn on the TV now a days is for Formula 1 and Football in the fall. I've been thinking about just being disciplined and downloading the F1 races after the fact, but I wouldn't be able to do that for football.

I saw that interview. Bunch of talking mouthpieces. They kept saying people were tired of paying for fees and that business folks would use the Internet more for meetings. Sounded like a couple of little old ladies complaining about TSA, high ticket prices, long lines, airport food, paying for pillows, blankets, magazines, etc.
