Ah, I see 15 minutes of sensitivity training coming to a CQ disk near you... Can't we all just get along?

Hey you central FL / MCO commuters, how are the beaches in the space coast area? Thinking of going there in September after going to Disney. Or we cold go back to what were used to in the Destin general area.

newKnow,
It is my opinion that others have a right to their opinions, even if I don't care for their opinion. IMHO someone should not be so thin skinned as to run to HR, especially when we spend 7+ hours working together. I don't know how things worked at f-NWA, but many f-NWA employees expressed concern about constantly being written up. I can not tell if you advocate such a thing or not from your post. Our employer has to have a much stricter policy, which is understood. My not being offended does not mean I am not compliant, it just means that I'm not bothered by any of the two extreme views expressed. An ALPA member should not go after an ALPA member. We have internal resolution mechanisms which assume we all have job we want to keep.

I have no idea what you mean when you talk about "opinions," and "extreme views." My post talked about a guy who used a derogatory slur (which is not an opinion, nor is it an extreme view.), and a guy who chose not to address it when it happened. I also have no idea of what opinions or views you are equating to ER. What opinion does he have? |

There are lots of surfboard rental shops if you are into that, boogie boards for the kids too. You can take a side trip up to the Kennedy Space Center if you have the time and desire. |
