On another important note. The MEC will be voting next week on who will fill the remainder of KR's term. It is my understanding that so far A.A. and J.V. are the only announced candidates. I'm sure there will be at least one that comes out of the woodwork. Call and/or write your reps whether your a DPA supporter or not. This person will most likely be our chairman (barring a DPA vote and win) for contract 2015. Imho, A.A. is the man for the job.

If I could vote, he'd have it.

Been to many LEC meetings and AA is fantastic. Don't know the other gentleman, but haven't been bowled over with his letters. Hope if AA wants it he gets it.

Unfortunately, it means that you'll be putting your career on the line for using sick leave. Better make sure every I is dotted and T is crossed!
I personally haven't been harassed yet but for those that have and feel ALPA can't/won't help why not contact HHS and file a complaint. It'd be more effective than complaining on here.

When I did charter flights at my former DCI carrier, the flights actually had a Delta Charter Representative fly along on it. She or He took care of everything not actually flight related. We merely flew the plane where the paper work told us.

HIPPA protects you from your Doctor sending your medical records to someone without your approval. You can release your medical records to anyone and that is not a violation of HIPPA. What you do with your medical records is up to you but even "Delta's" doctor is not employed by Delta and Delta never sees those medical records, he just reviews them and gives thumbs up or down to Delta.

Call Contract Admin and ask them, I bet they have an answer for you.
