The automobile, what a stupid idea.

Hey, you know how many people have died in car accidents since the Automobile was invented?? I think we should all walk to the airport! :D

And what about texting while driving?!

Yeah, that was a -really- STUPID idea!

My current personal favorite is the Stone Cali-Belgique. Followed by the Ballast Point Sculpin & Big Eye.

But NEVER rule out the quickly forming Micro's in the North County (Vista mostly.) Belching Bever, Iron Fist, Prohibition, etc.

Stay thirsty San Diego!!

Baja.

Great calls. Also if you like an imperial porter, my personal favorite: BP Victory at Sea. What an awesome beer.

Hey everybody! I was searching back in the thread and was wondering if there are any updates on the proposed IS&S avionics upgrade plans with the 88/90 fleet. Can't find much information since the initial announcement.

Thanks!

From what I understand, SWA was going to do the same cockpit for the 737 Classics and dropped it.

We are on hold for a lot of the same reasons SWA ended up dropping it.

I know very little about it.

If Richard Anderson likes practical jets, what about trading United for the 16 767-400s they have?

No. If it were up to me, you'd be wearing a shock collar that would allow me to zap you every time you post something as stupid as, "We all should have had this over a decade ago. One of the largest failures in ALPA history."

Maybe if you'd have posted some sort of evidence, or even a trace of applied logic, to such a wild claim, I'd have given you only a low dose.

Pity we don't have that set up.

Evidently they want to keep them even though they grumble about them.
