I don't think the ME carriers will ever have a US base. Anyone based here would then have the right to unionize which they don't in the ME, and that threat will keep the bases away.

Delta distance learning and Windows 8
I'm in need of a new laptop, primarily for upcoming training on a new aircraft. Does anybody know if the USB Distance Learning that Delta provides works with Windows 8? I hate to buy a new laptop and have it not work.
