The fatigue question missed what I think is one of the more important choices. Changing AM's to PM's, and all nighters with daytime flying within a short period of time. Some people are morning people by their nature and do best staying with that and others are better off staying on the evening rotations.

Also, ADG was mentioned but nothing about MDG??

Somebody want to explain this time me. It would seem making the company have min staffing for each category in base would actually increase the number of required pilots instead of borrowing through deadhead base to base?

STAFFING

The PWA provides for a minimum staffing formula for each position (aircraft and seat). So long as each position is staffed to the minimum required level, there is no staffing requirement for an individual category (position and base) within a position.
Moving to a requirement to maintain a minimum staffing level for each category could have the effect of providing the Company more flexibility in managing pilot staffing and could lead to a decrease in overall required staffing. At the same time, it could provide more balanced staffing levels among bases in a given position.

Some how Grimley has broken the code on getting 2 for 1 posts. (So it doesn't look like you hang here a lot.)

Trying to charge my phone in the back of the 757, where is the charge port or is that only a 717 thing?

Depends on which ship# you're on.

That was the critical information I missed. I'll be looking forward to February then.

Welcome to the bigs.
I was going to ask the company but was afraid if I asked I might be furloughed and I didn't want to risk my company operative job. Then I thought I'd call my DALPA handler but remembered Ford & Harrison takes Fridays off so I wouldn't get an answer right away. In the end I decided to take my question to the only place where important things get done, an internet message board.
